2-channel active drive unit features 2 Analogue DANTE inputs with high-quality digital-to-analogue converter. You can switch between Line or Dante input, depending on your needs.

It offers 16 Line/MIC Level Outputs on the front and one output for expanders on the rear.

Front outputs are balanced and individually transformer isolated with selectable output level for each output.

You can expand the number of outputs with AudioPressBox expanders with up to 48 additional Line/MIC outputs per channel.

As is AudioPressBox standard, you can use our signal processing like high-pass filter and compressor with limiter to achieve the perfect audio signal for all connected journalists.

APB-Dante products uses Power over Ethernet (PoE). Power can be provided through the Ethernet cable from a PoE-capable network switch, or from a separate PoE injector.

PoE Power Consumption: < 2 Watt

CAUTION– If using a PoE injector, it must be IEEE 802.3af compliant. Use of a non-compliant PoE injector can terminally damage the device and may void the warranty.

Features

HPF (High Pass Filter) This button helps to avoid distributing low-end rumble like a microphone handling noise or pops. You have 2 options – full range or 160Hz low-cut frequency. The one you choose depends on the sound, you want to filter out.

COMP (Compressor/Limiter operation button) To provide perfect output signal without clipping or distortion, you can switch the Comp button ON. If you switch this OFF, signal in output could contain signal clipping or distortion.
